RETURNS & REFUNDS

OUR "STERILE SEAL" GUARANTEE To maintain the highest clinical standards, ProSource Aesthetics operates a strict returns policy in line with medical device regulations.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and with all original security seals and blister foils intact. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For clinical safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened boxes of RF Cartridges.

• Opened Oxygenation Pod kits.

• Any product where the sterile barrier has been compromised.

3. DAMAGES & ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective item (e.g., damaged needles or dried gel sachets), contact us immediately at concierge@prosourceaesthetics.com with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and issue an immediate replacement.

4. ANNUAL CRATE CANCELLATIONS Annual Supply Agreements may be cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund, provided the first allocation of stock is returned unopened. After 14 days, the contract is binding for the 12-month term to secure your preferential pricing.
