SHIPPING & DISPATCH PROTOCOLS

1. PRIORITY CLINICAL DISPATCH (STANDARD ORDERS) We understand that a clinic without stock cannot operate.

  • Cut-off Time: All orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day.

  • Carrier: We utilize Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard service to ensure next-working-day delivery for most UK postcodes.

  • Cost:

    • Orders over £500: Free Priority Shipping

    • Orders under £500: Calculated at checkout based on weight.

2. ANNUAL CRATE DISPATCH PROTOCOL For clients purchasing Annual Supply Crates, your stock is dispatched in Quarterly Allocations to assist with your clinic's storage management.

  • Drop 1: Dispatched immediately upon purchase (30 Units).

  • Drop 2: Month 4 (30 Units).

  • Drop 3: Month 7 (30 Units).

  • Drop 4: Month 10 (30 Units).

You will receive a tracking number for each individual drop. If you require an accelerated dispatch (e.g., you are busier than expected), please contact Concierge Support to release your next quarter's stock early.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently service the United Kingdom and Ireland exclusively. International enquiries should be directed to our support team.
