TERMS OF SERVICE & CLINICAL SUPPLY AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS ProSource Aesthetics ("We", "Us") operates as a specialised B2B supply chain for licensed aesthetic practitioners. By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are a trained, insured, and practising aesthetic professional. We reserve the right to request proof of certification/insurance at any time.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER All products sold on this site (including RF Cartridges and Oxygenation Pods) are professional-grade consumables intended for use by trained specialists. ProSource Aesthetics is a supply chain partner, not a medical training institution. We accept no liability for clinical outcomes, adverse reactions, or misuse of products. It is the sole responsibility of the practitioner to ensure client suitability and patch testing.

3. ANNUAL SUPPLY CRATE AGREEMENT (THE "SUBSCRIPTION") By purchasing an "Annual Supply Crate" (Face or Body), you enter into a 12-month supply agreement with ProSource Aesthetics.

  • 3.1 Allocation & Storage: We agree to ring-fence your total purchased inventory (e.g., 120 units) in our facility to guarantee availability.

  • 3.2 Dispatch Schedule: Stock is released in quarterly intervals (Months 1, 4, 7, 10). Changes to this schedule must be requested in writing 14 days prior to dispatch.

  • 3.3 Non-Refundable Nature: Due to the capital allocation required to secure your stock at the preferential rate, the Annual Crate fee is non-refundable after the initial 14-day cooling-off period.

  • 3.4 Exclusivity & Fair Use: The preferential pricing is provided on the understanding that ProSource is your primary consumables partner for the duration of the term. We reserve the right to terminate supply agreements if we detect diversion of stock or resale to third parties.

4. STRICT HYGIENE & RETURNS POLICY Due to the sterile nature of our inventory (ISO 13485 Standards), our returns policy is strict to ensure patient safety.

  • Accepted: Returns are only accepted on unopened, pristine outer cartons with security seals intact, returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Rejected: Any box where the blister pack, foil, or outer security seal has been broken, tampered with, or damaged cannot be returned for credit or exchange under any circumstances. This is a non-negotiable safety standard.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATION In no case shall ProSource Aesthetics, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of our products.
